Summary
We design the high performance polymers by controlling the superstructure with various shapes and sizes using various methods such as blending, crystallization, elongation, and supercritical fluids.
1) High performance polymer blends
2) Design of polymeric foams and porous materials by using supercritical fluids
3) Improvement of physical properties by crystallization, or uniaxial and biaxial elongation
4) Analysis of superstructure by small angle x-ray scattering, wide angle x-ray diffraction, and light scattering
5) Estimation of molecular motion by stress-birefringence measurement and dielectric spectroscopy
