- Part-time employee not registered on the Researcher List for Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research (non including undergraduate or post-graduate students and part-time teachers)
In the event that someone belonged to a research institution made an application for Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research for Encouragement of Scientists, the applicant would need to delegate some rights related to procedures and admin issues with regard to their application to their research institution.
Accordingly, in the event of an application, the conditions would have to be met and once the documents for submission had been collected together, these would need to be submitted to the Research Support Office. A few days after submission, applicants will be informed as to whether or not their application had been accepted.
