研究概要

21世紀最大の課題の一つである環境エネルギー問題に取り組んでいます。複合的な視点かつ柔軟な発想で課題を探究し、次世代技術を担う人材を育成しています。①環境親和性を念頭においた大規模エネルギーシステムの計画・運用・制御、②革新的再生可能エネルギー技術の組合せであるマイクログリッド、③スマートグリッドの最適構成、などが主要テーマです。
現在、行っている研究は次の通りです。
1)自然エネルギー研究:風力・太陽光、洋上風力発電、海流、地熱発電など
2)エコエネルギー研究:再生可能エネルギーを中心としたキャンパスマイクログリッド
3)スマートグリッド研究:モデリング、スマートメータ設計、電気自動車による貯蔵等
4)省エネルギー研究:大学全体および研究室ベースの省エネルギー、CO2削減
5)発送電分離の研究(電力自由化)
6)インテリジェント予測研究 (エネルギー需要、市場価格、気象)
上記以外の自由な研究も行っています(研究者の希望を重視)。
