TAKADA Kazuya, Ph.D.
■Background
After graduating with a B.S. in Inorganic Materials from the School of Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1976, Dr.Takada received his M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Graduate School of Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1978. In the same year, he joined Tokuyama Corporation where he was engaged in project planning, R&D management and international market development in the aim of creating new businesses.He received a Ph.D. in Engineering from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology in 2018. Dr.Takada has held his current position at the university since July 2014.

SAITOH Ken-ichiro, Ph.D.
■Background
Dr. Ken-ichiro Saitoh received a Ph.D. in Agricultural Science from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. He then performed his post doctorate research at the Toyama Prefectural Agricultural Experiment Station, the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, and the National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences. From July 2008, he was involved in career support for Ph.D.s as an assistant professor at the Advanced Career Development Center for Agro-Innovation, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. Dr. Saitoh has held his current position at the university since March 2012.

■Background
After working for Japanese and US. chemical companies, joined Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. in 1997. In Fuji Xerox, mainly responsible for the Research and Development relating to the advanced Chemical toners. Since 2015, in charge of the business development in the New Business Creation Division , using XEROX proprietary technologies. Started the current position at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology from May 2021.

TATEHIRA Yasushi, MOT
■Background
Master of Management of Technology (MOT), Graduate School of Innovation Management, Tokyo Institute of Technology With over 20 years of experience in the electronics industry, I have been involved in various roles ranging from fundamental research to LSI development and commercialization in multiple global companies, including Sony. I have also been engaged in diverse responsibilities such as technology marketing. In 2015, I transitioned to academia and have since been actively involved in industry-academia collaboration and intellectual property management at universities and national research and development institutions. I assumed my current position in April 2023. I hold a master's degree in electrical engineering from Keio University and am a member of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers)

■Background
YAMAMOTO Shino graduated with a Bachelor of Science in science from Nara Women's University and received a Master's degree in biotechnology from Osaka Prefecture University. She worked at an international IP & law firm and then as a technician at the Faculty of Medicine, Osaka University. After that, she started her own business as a freelance patent translator in April 2007, working mainly on translating patent specifications for biotechnology, genetic engineering, and pharmaceutical-related inventions before joining the university as a research administrator in 2023.

■Background
Ms. Hiroko Carninci received master’s degree in Agricultural Science from the Graduate school of Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. After working at Dow Chemical Japan inc., now Corteva Agriscience Japan, as a researcher for insecticide, she worked for research promotion relations at RIKEN and Kanagawa University, then current position from June, 2024.
